jurisdictions.

was associated with Religare Capital Markets Limited as Associate Vice-president - Company Secretary

Bhavesh has rich and diverse experience of 10 years in corporate compliance and governance. Before

In this short span, he has gained varied experience of working with regulatory and corporate
compliances, economic laws, interaction with regulatory authorities including RBI, SEBI and other
